⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, Michelle in Hartland would get them all. From the second I walked into Culver’s, she greeted me like I was family coming home for dinner. Not only was she kind, patient, and incredibly professional — she had this way of making everyone in the room feel seen and valued. You don’t get service like that everywhere. Michelle handled a busy lunch rush with grace and a smile that never faded. It’s rare to find employees who care this much, and Michelle is truly the gold standard. If Culver’s is lucky enough to have her, they better treat her like royalty — because she sure treats every customer like one. Give this woman a raise and a crown.

Well run. The emplyees are extremely helpful, engaging and friendly. Very diverse age representation. This is the kind of place I would have liked my kids to have worked at and experience a healthy work environment. Nice job. You have my business.

Standard Culver’s quality. They do have different flavor of the days then some others. The decor is a tad dated but they keep it really clean. The water filter needs to be changed on the soda machine. Otherwise, the manager was awesome. Really friendly, patient and professional. Hopefully he owns a franchise soon!

Both my brother-in-law and myself ordered the fish sandwich last week. We both were shocked at the small piece we received. We have purchased this exact item before and never had this problem. Is Culver's cutting back on the size of fish now,?

Smash burgers and fries were great. Good flavor we really enjoyed the burgers. They also recommended the fish "the best fish sandwich any where" it's was very good. I didn't don't think we had Culvers in Ohio, I was pleased to learn we do have them. Great selections, courteous staff clean restrooms and dining area! If you haven't tried them I highly recommend you stop in and enjoy!

I bought a few of my baseball players here after their game. The food is so good. They got the meals ready right away so I could get the boys home at a decent hour. They need their rest it's very important. Good job everyone thanks. By the way Yummy steamed broccoli

I had a great mushroom and Swiss. Next time I will have them out some sauce on it. Still doesn't compare to hardies mushrooms and Swiss.
